CREDIT VERIFICATION

    brief note explaining how the activity can be carried out is given below:-


  1. The data received from our principals will be stored on pin code basis for allocating to the respective executives. Executives are allocated pin codes in such a way that their traveling time is minimized and time available to them can be used productively. One executive can be given about 10-15 cases a day.

  2. Executive will visit the customer premises and interview the customer himself or any member of the family or staff. He will fill up the Credit Verification form on the spot and obtain customer / convened person’s signature on the same.

  3. In case the customer or any of his family members are not at home, our executive will gather as much information as possible from the neighbors / watchman etc. Such a customer is visited once more to confirm the information obtained.

4.     After coming out of the customer’s premises he will note major landmark like the color of the building, number of storey etc. So that any subsequent follow up with the customer becomes easier. He records his confidential comments about the customer such as assets sighted in the premises, condition of the premises etc. Forms are returned on the same evening to the supervisor who then scrutinizes the form to ensure that that the verification forms are filled satisfactorily.


5.     In case of untraceable address or customer having shifted out of the premises the status is intimated immediately.
